⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with Premier Motors. Since buying my car from Premier Motors, I have been experiencing battery drain issues. This is extremely frustrating, especially after purchasing a car and expecting it to be in proper working condition and today also same issue I faced. I did not expect to face these kinds of problems so soon after buying the vehicle. Having to worry about whether the car's battery will drain and whether the car will start is stressful and inconvenient. I am very disappointed with this experience and feel that this issue needs to be taken seriously. Customers spend their hard-earned money on a car expecting reliability and peace of mind, not unexpected problems shortly after purchase. I would like Premier Motors to take responsibility for addressing this issue and provide a proper solution. Based on my experience so far, I cannot say I am satisfied with my purchase. I hope the dealership takes customer concerns seriously and improves its service for future buyers.

A big shout out to the team here. Lets just say I bought a car from here a few months ago and yes had a few problems with it.... However absoulte outstanding serivce from the after sales and serivce team. Jake and holly on service desk have been amazing and given a top customer service and understanding throughout. You can buy a used car from hear with confidence.

I recently bought a Fiesta ST Line and was served by Dan Hillier-mears he was extremely helpful from the very start up until the end. He was extremely understanding, helpful and a great member of staff. It was an all round great experience from premier and I would recommend to anybody.

A virtually new van, fabulous service - I was in a state of panic when the keys shot off the dashboard and lodged themselves unseen somewhere in the cab and they coolly removed a panel the passenger seat and retrieved them with the use of magnet! Highly recommend.
